Job Responsibilites for Case Coordinator:
- Maintain accuracy of all authorizations and currentness.
- Should be familiar with Insurnace pre-certification procedure.
- Monitor and maintain the caseload for all therapists.
- Monitor the timely submission and accuracy of progress notes from Therapists.
- Correspond with families to coordinate therapies between disciplines.

Qualifications Required for Case Coordinator:
- Must have some clinical knowledge or familiarity about all therapy disciplines (Speech, DT, OT, PT).
- Must have great interpersonal skills and a dynamic personality.
- Some understanding of the CPT codes and ICD codes is necessary.
- IL Early Intervention experience will be a plus.
- At least a Bachelors degree is preferred.
