  2. Des Plaines, Park Ridge, Niles, Norridge, Edison Park, Harwood Heights, Portage Park

  3. Brookfield, Riverside, Westchester, Broadview, Maywood, Forest Park, Melrose Park, Franklin Park

  4. Mt. Prospect, Des Plaines, Arlington Heights, Prospect Heights, Rolling Meadows, Palatine

  5. Elgin, Carpentersville, Gilberts, West Dundee, St. Charles.

Clinic location is in Park Ridge.

 

Hours: Flexible Full Time/Part-Time

 

About Us: Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for providing evaluation and therapy to children (0-15 years of age) presenting a variety of speech-language-feeding disorders. Therapy services to be provided in-home/daycare and/or clinic-based settings.

Education/Experience Requirements

Master's in SLP from ASHA accredited program

Illinois license eligibility

Illinois early intervention credentials is a plus

Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience as a speech-Language pathologist in a hospital, clinical, or educational setting with children with multiple disabilities

Occupational Therapist

Part Early Intervention/Part Clinic-Based

Clinic location is in Park Ridge.

 

Hours: Flexible Full Time/Part-Time

Job responsibilities: The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing evaluation and therapy to children (0-15 years of age) presenting a variety of developmental delays, fine-motor deficits, poor self-help skills, poor social skills, sensory processing disorders, ADHD, etc. Therapy services to be provided in home/daycare and/or clinic based settings. 

 

Education/Experience Requirements

Master's or OTD in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Illinois license eligibility

Illinois early intervention credentials is a plus

Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience as an occupational therapist in a hospital, clinical, or educational setting with children with multiple disabilities

Physical Therapist

Master's or DPT in physical therapy from an accredited program

Illinois license eligibility

Illinois early intervention credentials is a plus

Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience as a physical therapist in a hospital, clinical, or educational setting with children with multiple disabilities
